Microsoft Teams and Office 365 is available to all employees at Chesapeake Utilities Corporation!
MS Teams is a powerful collaboration tool that allows you to have an ongoing chat conversation with one or more individuals, securely share files, make voice and video calls over the Internet, use real-time multi-person document editing, and more. It is planned that this one tool will replace the following platforms we use today:
- Skype for Business
- Webex
- Sharing files through Email
In addition, there is a version of MS Teams that can be installed on your mobile device, enabling you to stay connected with all these features without needing to be on the Company network. Please see the below link for instructions on “How to Setup Teams Mobile App” on your mobile device.
Reminder: You will need the DUO application on your mobile device to install MS Teams and to access MS Teams on your desktop. If you need to check your DUO setup, please see the attached “DUO enroll-reenroll-verification” document. If you have any issues, please contact the BIS Service Desk for assistance.
