Lula Aladuge, Senior Operations Analyst, received her Master of Business Administration, Finance from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.
Mike Cassel, Assistant Vice President, Regulatory Affairs and Business Analysis, completed his Master of Jurisprudence in Energy Law from the University of Tulsa.
Autumn Chalabala, Director of Business Operations, is a member of the Board of Directors for the Greater Dover Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware in Dover, DE.
Dr. Francene Scott-Diehl, Director of Safety & Compliance, graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a PhD in Safety Sciences.
Vicki Guessford, as a result of her dedication to community service, received the Women of the Moose’s College of Regents Degree. Vicky works with the Harrington Moose Lodge in Harrington, DE. This is the highest degree that can be earned in the Women of the Moose, which assists with the charitable activities of the Moose Lodge.
Dean Holden, Manager of Business Development and Sales, is a member of the Board of Trustees for The Nature Conservancy in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
Amelia Lewis, Customer & Project Coordinator, completed a Master of Science in Management, Human Resources and a Master of Science in Management, Healthcare Administration from Wilmington University. Amelia also holds a Master of Business Administration, Organizational Leadership.
Chris Metzger, Conversion Analyst, completed a project management certificate program through the University of Delaware in preparation to sit for the Certified Associate Project Manager test administered by the Project Management Institute.
Jim Moriarty, Executive Vice President; General Counsel; Corporate Secretary; and Chief Policy and Risk Officer, is beginning his fourth year as a member of the Board of Directors at the Pauline F. and W. David Robbins Family YMCA in Cambridge, MD.
Jeremy Schneider, Regulatory Analyst I, earned his Master of Science in Data Science from the Texas Tech University.
Debbie Smith, Community Engagement Manager, is a member of the Board of Directors for the Delaware American Heart Association.
